In Indonesia, there are many cases of under nourished children. We can find the case usually in a family under the poverty line. the breadwinner of a family cannot complete the food necessity because s sometimes they don’t have a permanent job. Yesterday, I read the newspaper and found a case of under nourished children girl. She is 3 years old, but her weight is only 10 kilograms. She is so thin and her body only consists of skin and bone. Poor her. Actually, there are some ways to reduce the under nourished case in Indonesia.First, don’t get married before you get a permanent job and make sure that you you can complete your family necessity. Second, wait at least two years after pregnancy if you wan to have another baby. Third, you can follow Family Planning Program. Fourth, your baby needs to breastfeed for 6 months. Fifth, you have to learn about nutrition for your baby and keep an eye on your baby.
There are many cases of under nourished children. But, I’m sure that we can reduce it by following the ways mentioned above. The number of under nourished children needs to be decreased so that we can fix the Indonesian image in the world.

ReplyDeleteActually I agree about the things you've suggested in your post. However, did you know, there are more problems that we need to understand about the under-nourished childrens, than just from the people themselves.
In my opinion, government should read your post and handle this problem soon :) because every parents always wants to provide nutritions to their babies, but not everyone has a good economical condition to do that.
Government should take care of the low-economical people, because under-nourished people come from the low-economical people.

I think that's right, because in this era many childs couldn't get a good nutrition to get their body health. If someone going to get married, they also have to think about they future life , absolutely with their childs. They have to preparing a good economical condition to fulfill their family needs. Not only for a short term, but also for a long term.

not far from this country,
in my grandpa village, in my opinion also many many cases in there..
let me told you.
when i have vacation, i'm visited my grandpa village.
one week i'm always cared about what children eat everyday. although they are rich family, they never think about their children nutrition,,
never think about "4 sehat 5 sempurna"
if they felt so fully,
is enough for them.
it was so terrible for next generation of this country.
i hope goverment cared about indonesian children.

Yeah, you are right. Many case of under nourished children in Indonesia. The government must give extra attention for this problem. We must know that nutrition is important for growth and developing children. If nutrition can’t fulfill the necessity, the children will be come sick. All of that will influence healthy status of Indonesian in future. Low healthy status usually caused by low income and low education. Of course, low healthy status can influence economy status of country. So, the government must try to decrease prevalence rate for under nourished to make Indonesia better in future.
